Your tasks:

Cash handling and customer service.
Managing product availability in the sales area.

Your tasks:

Preparing store inventories and placing merchandise orders to ensure item availability and adjust quantities based on actual consumption, using support tools.
Developing and optimizing store operational processes.
Accounting for losses.
Conducting periodic quality checks and item rotation.
Presenting and implementing daily store reports.
Handling customer complaints.
Supporting the team in their professional development and providing initial and ongoing training.
Planning and forecasting sales and productivity.
Creating work plans. Managing cash flow.

Your profile:

Middle Level Vocational Training certificate or equivalent. Availability to work shifts (rotating morning or afternoon shifts). Interest in working in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a similar position and in the distribution sector is valued.
